Have you ever heard the one about the lady and the man? The one where the lady says she doesn't need a man! What do you call a melanated woman who "thinks like a man"? A whore, lonely or a chemo patient. HA HA HA HA
I saw a pictorial on a friend's page and I was compelled to share with you my thoughts about feminism and in today's terms "Thinking Like a Man". To give proper reference; "Think like a Man, Act Like a Lady" is a popular book turned screenplay by the entertainer/comedian Steve Harvey. I will expoound upon my personal thoughts about that concept later. Now, I would like to take the time to share aspect of a class I received a decade ago on "feminism" and its' affect on the women, children, family and homes. I have stated each entity as its' own standing and I humbly request that while reading this you take to mind that each is its' own being and each has a specific and particular void and loss of functionality when "feminism" or "thinking like a man...." is brought into the equation (family).
I would like to begin by simply sharing my original thought(s) as I recevied the class on "feminism". If I may---and if you could bear with me; on September 25, 2006 I wrote...."The truth about feminism--Today I had a class with moshe' and he was explaining how, the deception of feminism has sister's capitivated all based on the lie of the "freedom to do"...white women questioned us allowing the man to delegate and "Lord" and at the end of the day she goes home to her man who runs the whole world. The notion of white men running the world is evident because when decisions are made concerning the world----about 9 white men (oligarchy/400 peopple have 50% of the wealth) go into a room, close the door and the outcome of this gathering dictates the price of gas for our cars, the image you aim to look like, via advertisements, what food is most healthy(un)--for you. The caucasion woman is not herself allowed in on these meetings, but she has made melanated women, me even; believe that being "Lorded" over is inhumane and unjust. The only "freedom" given through feminism was/is the freedom to destroy my spirit and be prostituted with nothing in return(pimped); and for the male, it released him of all obligation or accountability to the woman, the children and the family at large. This is why the truth of divine marriage (polygamy advocate) obligates man to his responsibility by instituting a mind that will not allow casual intimacies and a lack of concern for the woman." It is a protective venture, feminine vindication even.
There is so much I have to share as relates to this;but I will stay focused and on the subject of feminism and freedom. If you are a woman reading this and you have given any creedence to anything higher than the feminity and Goddessness that "Creation" itself has endowed you with; you are working with the wrong tools. It is meant for a woman to have a feminine experience and live through the pain, birth, separation and nurturing all while elevating from the sheer bliss of being a Wombman; birth is our birthright and from this we, as the closest thing to God; in that we bring life through; have the extreme task of righting the ills of society. As long as you live in some dumb ass commercial concept of thinking like a man; you will incessantly miss your mark and fail your own spirit.
I share this because it is incumbent upon us as the feminine aspect of Creation and the "Melanated Majority" to rise and do the work; for that is all that is left. Creation has endowed us with inaliable gifts and talents, but if your axis is incorrect, you will, we will fail to exude the beauty of the woman because the mind is meditating and manifesting from the thought of a man.
With that. If you are a woman and you are reading this. Let me be the first to say "YOU ARE A WOMAN and THAT IS YOUR DESIGNATION and BLESSING IN THIS LIFE". I AM really talking to myself, I have had the struggle of finding value in my womanhood, thriving in a "White Man's World"---all praises due for the spirit that came and released me from the bondage of I N D E PE N D E N T---you can have that. I AM tied, bonded and expressed through the love of my loving collaborations and to all my sons, husbands and lovers---thank you for the lessons. I could not have received this insight any other way.
